Order Processing-
Please allow up to 2 days to process your order. Most items are shipped the business day following the day we receive your order. We will charge your credit card when your order is shipped. We do not ship on weekends at this time.
We will contact you by e-mail if your purchases
will take longer to ship and let you know when they are expected to ship. Please be sure that your email address is accurate and that we are added to your contact list so our email won't be treated as spam.
A partial shipment of the items in stock will be made and your shipping charges will be included in the invoice for your partial shipment. No additonal shipping charges will be incurred when your backordered items are shipped.

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not share your personal information with any third parties. We do use the information you provide to process your order more effectively.

Returns-
We offer a full refund of the purchase price for ELIGIBLE items returned according to the following policy.
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unworn eligible item with the tags attached within 30 days of shipping date for an exchange or refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 2 weeks to process your request.
To be eligible for return an item must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached. Garments cannot be returned for refund or exchange after they have been worn or laundered.
We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item ineligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse to accept for return or exchange items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
Items not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
The following types of items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Panties, hosiery, and other intimate items are not returnable by state law. Lubricants, lotions and oils are not returnable. Items in sealed packages such as DVDs, VHS tapes, body stockings, hosiery, x-strings, panties, devices and accessories are not eligible for return if opened.

Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip and a note telling us what you’d like for us to do.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. You are also responsible for the merchandise until it reaches us. We suggest that you insure your package.
At our discretion, we may elect to accept the return of eligible items received more than 30 days after the ship date. These items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Free Shipping Customers:
"Free Shipping" returns - If you received free shipping on your original order and the returning of merchandise decreases your order amount to less than the amount required for free shipping, $5.50 will be deducted from your order refund.
Shipping Errors:
In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply contact our customer service department at customerservice@inhisdreams.com or 1 866-523-3005. We will resolve the problem at no cost to you.
Shipping Charges-
Shipping and handling charges are flat rates which vary depending on the method you choose. We ship via USPS primarily although heavy shipments are shipped via UPS.
Please note that all references to days below are to business days, not calendar days. Please allow up to 2 days for processing in our warehouse in addition to the days specified below.
Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)is $5.50.
Expedited Shipping (1-3 Business Days)$8.95.
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) Please call us to place Express Orders via telephone.
USPS does not guarantee specific delivery dates so we cannot do so.
All International Shipments are $16.95. If shipping your order will exceed that amount, you will be contacted via email.
